To provide and respond to the ever changing needs of our service users in the community.
To do this in a caring, competent and professional manner, and to ensure that this is within the best interest of the service users and staff.
- Golden Touch Homecare Ltd is a full member of the United Kingdom Homecare Association Ltd. As such we adhere to the association’s code of practice.
- To ensure that we maintain our high standards of care, we undergo an annual quality audit. A copy of this is available on request.
- We also undergo inspections by The Care Quality Commission. Copies of these reports are also available on request but can be found on their website - www.cqc.org.uk
- Golden Touch Homecare fosters an atmosphere of care and support which enables and encourages our service users to live as full, independent and interesting life as possible within an agreed plan of care.
