When hiring staff we strictly adhere to all organisational and legal requirements, ensuring that we recruit the best possible candidates for this important role. Staff are employed in accordance with the code of conduct and practice set by the General Social Care Council.
Team meetings, open discussion and supervisions occur regularly to encourage an open atmosphere which we believe can highlight any potential problems and prevent dissatisfaction.
We have an open and accessible complaints procedure, which is designed to protect our service-users. A copy of this is included in every care plan and within our Service User Guide. We actively encourage any comments or suggestions from our service users to ensure that the service we provide matches your needs and your expectations.
