Our caring and friendly staff can be with you at the times when you need them most. Overnight care is available when needed.
Reasonable requests from service users for tasks different to those detailed in the care plan, which can be accommodated within the allocated time, will be responded to with sensitivity and flexibility.
If you decide to use our services, a comprehensive care plan will be drawn up in conjunction with the service user, relatives and staff outlining what help is needed and how we will respond. This care plan will be reviewed regularly to ensure that the service user’s needs are being met fully.
